Smoked haddock is one of the most natural and traditionally enjoyed fish and when smoked within an hour of being caught there is nothing to beat it! Our haddock fillets are of the highest quality and smoked with their skins on for a firm but deliciously flaky fish.
Traditionally eaten at breakfast with a poached egg but don’t hesitate to try them eaten with fresh vegetables and new potatoes. Adding them to a pasta dish adds an exciting flavour to the sauce.
